Phil Jackson

Director

Phil has been self-employed since 1993 and has many years operational experience within the security industry. This vast local experience has given Phil detailed knowledge of all aspects of customer service and the standards necessary to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Known to say “no problem”, Phil never fails to go the extra mile for his clients or team. His ability to deliver on his promises and his easy-going nature have seen him highly liked and respected across the region.

Raewyn Jackson

Director

Raewyn comes from a background in banking and is experienced in all facets of the business. Raewyn’s role as Director encompasses all invoicing and the overseeing of payroll. Raewyn supports Phil with management of the business, ensuring systems and processes are maintained at a high level.

Josh Thompson

Client Liaison

As Client Liaison at 24/7 Security Solutions, Josh manages client relationships and ensures clear, consistent communication across all services. Working closely with both clients and operational teams, he coordinates requirements and ensures expectations are met with professionalism and care. Josh's focus is on delivering a seamless, reliable client experience.

Lance Wallace

Operations Co-ordinator

Lance oversees daily operations and manages staff scheduling to ensure seamless service delivery across all sites. His focus is on efficiency, reliability, and making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
